Hello and welcome to a new show with Andrew Flintoff, Robbie Savage and me Matthew

Side who they call, slightly unfairly, the ping pong guy.

We're going to debate the big sporting issues, psychology, performance, celebrity, controversy,

life in general, everything in between we may even talk about PVC outfits at some stage

during this broadcast.

But before we really get going, I want to let you know how we got to know each other

first, Freddie and Robbie, you're good mates, right?

We have got to know each other.

When I moved back north, I moved into the area, I went to the school to drop my kids off

and the child, which was showing my kids around, was Robbie's lad.

And I walked out here, I thought, oh my word, I'm going to have to get to know Robbie Savage

here.

That was my first reaction, thinking, it lives down the corner, I'm going to bump into him,

oh, we're going to be mates.

But it's been a beautiful thing.

We're best mates now.

We are.

We are.

You know, people got a preconceived idea of what Robbie's like, it's not true, he's alright.

He's alright.

Is it true, Robbie?
