lacked that kind of real spark and swag as to the performance I think you've got to

give Newcastle credit for that I think you've got to give Newcastle credit for that. I think no one would have been

particularly surprised at just how well organized and well drilled. Benitez had them. For 40 minutes,

they weren't really troubled particularly but I think what impressed me most about

Liverpool was that on a day when they weren't at their flu and best there was no hint of panic

they showed great patience to stick at it. And I think that just stems

from the great run there on, that kind of confidence in the game plan, not to move away from it and in the end they got the rewards with
