is the things that we emit without our knowledge that affect other people's perception of us.

So you may be worried like, oh, my garden,

do I smell? Chances are you might. And you might smell bad. So part of that is genetics.

Part of it is habits. And the other part is what you eat. And that's what we're going to talk

about today, how what you eat, what you put in your body, what you consume can make you smell either fragrant and sexy and wonderful or like a piece of rotting fish.

So there are a series of studies that are very interesting about how human beings perceive smell.

And I remember studying this at UCLA.

They would give guys armpit pads to capture their sweat over a number of hours.

And then these poor subjects, women would sniff the pads and decide which were sexier.

So there have been studies targeted toward food and the food that we eat and they did the sweat

pad tests with men again. And what are some of the interesting things that these studies have found about the

correlation between what someone eats and how they smell? So I guess you're referring to the study

when men consumed garlic and they were and had the females coming and smelling the pads.

And it was very surprising since it was expected that since garlic has sulfur in it, that the

sweat is going to smell very sulfury or very pungent.
