I mean, I've now said the title of this movie in the opening of every single magical rewind, and I had yet to actually see this film. Oh, wow. Okay. So this is awesome. I mean, it's not a shocker you haven't seen it, Will. Of course, not. Of course not. But this one I was really excited for it. But again, I love it because it was so long ago since I last saw it, it felt sort of like seeing it again for the first time. Yeah, this was right in your wheelhouse for the time you were watching, right? Yes, yes, yes. And it was, I mean, literally grab your popcorn type of a moment. It was so good. I cannot wait. Been waiting and now's the time. Now is it.

Let's just do it then. So welcome back to Magical Rewind. It is a show that makes you want to grab your friends, your PJs, and your popcorn and go back to a time when all the houses were smart. And Collider, the Ebert to EW.

Siskel has it at number three, still very high, but also very high expectations here.

And as far as the subject matter, way, way, way ahead of its time. I mean, geez, predating things like

AI, Alexa, Nest, Ring, VR, and the overall

technophobia that comes with having all those things. This movie released originally as fantasy

has quickly become our everyday lives just 25 short years later. It is a rare cautionary tale
