And we are talking about something that's going on in Fairfax County, a crazy far left county that feeds into D.C. It's a suburb of D.C. It's one county over for me. And there's

something not great going on there. So we're going to go unpeel it piece by piece. But needless to say,

it involves an illegal immigrant who shouldn't be here, who has gotten away with some really

disgusting acts in a local high school, much to the detriment

of the young girls that try to make their way and get an education there. So like, are we a

freaking third world country here? What are we doing? Let's unpack. Again, welcome. I am Terry.

This is smartro politics. All right. To introduce the story, we are going to rely on the wonderful reporting of Nick Monach. If you don't follow him, you should. He is, it's NICK, M-I-N-O-C-K. He is a local reporter here in the D-C area. He is a reporter for the ABC station, WJLA, and he actually does reporting. And he's dogged, man. He is on these people

in Northern Virginia, particularly Loudoun. It started out with Loudoun where I am because we're never

doing, we're never up to anything good. He's never out in Loudoun because we're doing great things.

We'll just put it that way. But he has also been all over a lot of stories out of Fairfax,

which is a little crazier than us because it has a terrible Commonwealth attorney.

So I'm going to tee up a video from Nick where he really just lays out the story.

And then we'll kind of get into some of the particulars.

So let us go to Nick Monaco.

Hey, I'm Nick Monaco with Seven News.

I'm learning a Fairfax

County high school student is charged with nine counts of assault and battery. And this student

happens to be in the country illegally. Ice told me that he entered the country and

2004 and was released under the Biden administration. And now he's charged with assault

and battery. Ice told me they lodged a detainer against this man who is in jail. And sheriff

Stacey Kincaid will now honor that ICE detainer. Now I looked into it and I spoke to parents of

about a dozen victims who tell me that this man who's 18 will soon be 19 and as a junior at Fairfax County High School went behind their girls and the hallways at school and he put his hands in between their legs moving from the front to the back with his hands.
