Alexa, we were just talking about this hassle we've both endured recently having to do with parking.

I was in San Francisco a few weeks ago and had an appointment.

Beforehand I drove around like 3545 minutes just looking for a place to park that had to walk 20 minutes to get back to the

restaurant that I had been circling.

I feel your pain, Pete.

Even in downtown Detroit recently, it took me about I think 35 minutes to park about a couple of

weekends ago and it was certainly very very frustrating and I don't think we're alone in this.

So our mutual problem here has got me thinking about

Maryland's startup called Steer Tech.

They develop automated driving technology

in the parking lot realm largely. It also can be used for first mile last mile

solutions but essentially they have a parking feature that would have

allowed us to get out at our destination and let the cargo park itself.

but it's really kind of fascinating because it can play in the parking lots realm it can help in the

smart home realm because they can connect to your garage door and you can hail the
