I'm sure you know all the ins and outs of this world. How do you get into this space?

Okay. It's an interesting question. I was actually in Kaila and Yashiva Frakoy, and my father-in-law is a real estate appraiser. I was already thinking about starting a career. He introduced me to a company that he was already doing a lot of business with. And really, from that first meeting with them, we hit it off. And I started at that

company. It was called First Financial Equities. And from there, I moved around until I'm finally at my

current location, which I feel most comfortable at. How many years of schooling with does someone

need for a position like this? So when I started in the industry, I think it was 2008.

That was prior to any licensing requirement.

You literally were able to come straight from Kylo, like for example myself, or many people

would literally just jump in when the market was hot.
