| 1:36.0 | But now that's starting to change. And with the start of a new year, many of us are re-evaluating our daily routines. |
| 1:44.0 | I think my goal for 2022 is to try to inject some structure into my life. |
| 1:50.0 | Right now, each aspect of my existence has seeped into every other part, causing things to feel really shapeless and bloated without definition or direction. |
| 1:59.0 | And that makes me feel really chaotic. |
| 2:01.0 | I am trying really hard to not just get up on time in the morning, but have a good morning routine. |
| 2:08.0 | By making a list of things I'll do in the morning. Even if it's simple things like coffee, you know, make my smoothie, feed my tats. |
| 2:16.0 | Then when I wake up in the morning, I can think about that list and go, oh, no, there's not this sense of dread. |
