As we ring in the New Year, I thought now would be a good time to talk about all the steps we can take to live happier and healthier lives.

We have the power to do so. It's within us.

So for starters, we asked you to send in some of your New Year's resolutions. And we got some great responses I wanted to share.

One of my health goals in 2022 is to see if I can get diagnosed for ADHD.

I am trying really hard to not just get up on time in the morning but have a good morning routine.

I also want to take more naps.

It's a brand new year and time to start chasing life.

In 2020 and for most of 2021, my days look pretty much the same.

I'd wake up before sunrise, go on a run, make breakfast, and then get to work in my home studio.

Also known as my basement. The line between work and home quickly blurred.

But now that's starting to change. And with the start of a new year, many of us are re-evaluating our daily routines.

I think my goal for 2022 is to try to inject some structure into my life.

Right now, each aspect of my existence has seeped into every other part, causing things to feel really shapeless and bloated without definition or direction.

And that makes me feel really chaotic.

I am trying really hard to not just get up on time in the morning, but have a good morning routine.

By making a list of things I'll do in the morning. Even if it's simple things like coffee, you know, make my smoothie, feed my tats.

Then when I wake up in the morning, I can think about that list and go, oh, no, there's not this sense of dread.
