0:09.8	And it builds on the decision I made more than a year ago to begin a new
0:13.6	chapter in our relationship with the people of Cuba. Many previous chapters in
0:19.5	America's relationship with Cuba have been turbulent to put it mildly. There was
0:24.7	a Cuban missile crisis in October 1962 when President Kennedy learned that
0:30.3	the Soviets had installed nuclear missiles in Cuba.

0:41.4	Before that, there were freelance efforts by Americans to invade an annex Cuba in
