I want to land today in March, chapter four. And today, I want to kick off a brand new collection of talks entitled Small Faith.

Everyone say Small Faith.

For the next few weeks, as we lead all the way up to Easter, I want to kick off this collection talking about this idea, not of big faith, not of massive faith, not of awesome faith or even epic faith.

I want to talk to you about Small Faith.

I think it's an important topic and an important concept to begin to break down because we will see it all throughout the scripture.

Whenever you start talking about the word faith, this word always has other words attached to it.

If you're anything like me, I grew up in a strong, charismatic, penicostal home.

And so, as soon as you say faith, my Sosaurus brain has all these synonyms that pop up.

Anyone like me, like you hear the word faith, and what do you think? You think immediate.

You hear the word faith, and you think phenomenon.

You hear the word faith. You think suddenly or at once or or epic.

Don't get me wrong. I love all of those parts of faith, but I think faith deserves to have more words associated with it.

So the way you describe something indicates how you believe about that thing.

So many people, they only see faith show up as this powerful act of signs and wonders or phenomenons.

You know, I grew up, I'm telling you what, in a Christian home, and I'm thankful for my heritage.

I'm thankful for the carousel, mat, mat, mat, home that I grew up in.

You might even call it carousel, mania is what I grew up in a little bit.

I really do love my heritage of how I grew up.
