worst dictators in the world and Vladimir Putin somehow qualifies her to be in charge of all U.S. intelligence.

This woman was a lieutenant colonel in the army at a time.

She should never, ever have had a security clearance,

much less a top secret security clearance.

So for her, I understand she's in mourning.

and now has to go join Edward Snowden and the, you know,
