U.S. Supreme Court precedent.

They are rejecting the supremacy of the United States. Of course, the

Supreme Court is the last stop to interpret the Constitution and tell us for

better or worse what is constitutional and what is

unconstitutional. The courts have sort of time and time again held that that is in fact the way our constitutional construct works.
