What they voted for was the ability to treat brown and black people and women with

absolute impunity to do whatever they wanted, to not have to hide their racism, to get to spit in our faces.

And that's what people voted for.

And I'm having a very hard time because I'm waking up every morning and getting a lot angrier about the fact that in these states, that Trump won, abortion rights also somehow got protected.
