but host of Strange Days podcast, which, wow, that's well-named.

Right?

Yeah, we nailed that one, didn't we?

Well, you know, you're a pollster, and here we are again, right?

Where everyone's going, wow, all the polls and pundits were wrong, you know, and again, not, not, you know, everything was close, obviously it looked like, but clearly, you know, it's when people say to me,

oh, you're just in your liberal bubble, that's why you thought she was going to win. It's like,

no, first of all, I don't stay in my liberal bubble, and secondly, everyone thought she was going

to win. A lot of prominent Republicans, a lot of pollsters, a lot of pundits. I mean,

what has been your reaction since then and et cetera?

Well, I mean, candidly, depression, depravity, all of the stages of grief, I think.

I haven't quite gotten to acceptance yet.

I think that's coming.

But look, I think you're right.

The polls certainly did indicate that there was a good chance that she was going to win last Tuesday. Although they also were Stephanie stubbornly close, a lot closer than I think any of us were comfortable with. The fact that the race was even close at all, given how unhinged

and how off the beaten path Trump had acted over the last three months, and especially three

weeks, I think, was a worrying sign. But look, it is what it is. He has won. These are dark days
