Greg, when we talked last week several times, and I also talked to Rob Harrington, expected more news than we've heard.

You know, we got that flood of information, I guess, a week ago today on April 13th on that Monday.

And it's really slowed down.

In fact, Carolina backed up a little bit with Kim English,

ultimately backing out of a coaching job. Let's start there. How big a surprise was that?

You know, people can change their minds. We see it all the time. But it is a rare occurrence

when somebody starts their job and then realizes, hey, this isn't what I thought it was or whatever reason.

And now Carolina's back to a square one on that.

Yeah, for sure.

And we heard several different names for coaching candidates before Kim English had

decided to take the job.

And so a lot of that legwork, I think, kind of was set aside.

And when English came on, I think Malone felt pretty good about the staff he had.

And that's a question to be had know how many staff members does Michael Malone

want how many are needed of course you're allowed to have five but do you need

five and so that was part of the conversation you know with with Kim English is
