A few weeks ago, Brooke McCallery asked me to share the mic with her at a local bookstore here in Austin called

book people. She was in town for a book tour for her book slow and when I say in

town I really mean it she's from Sydney Australia. In fact if you've read my book at home in the world,

it was her house we stayed out over Christmas,

so it was from her parents where I learned the concept of the Westbrook effect.

Anyway, she was in town, and she asked if I'd be up for joining her on stage to talk about

the ideas she writes about in her book, which is basically slow living, what that means,

what it does, and what it doesn't look like.

So I thought I'd share with you our live chat
