Okay. I look forward to it. Feeling dirty with one third. Ha ha ha ha ha. So here we are sitting down recording episode 1-29 all about slowing down for the month of December.

And how are you going? Good, actually. I think, you know, the first week was

I probably needed a reminder to slow down. So this experiment has come at a good time,

which is why we chose to do it. But it's been, it's been good. Actually, I think just having it,

like most of our experiments this year, having it at top

of mind has made a difference to the choices that I've been making on a day-to-day basis.

And really, that's what I've realized this year is that making a change or adopting something into our life doesn't look necessarily like this big thing.

Like it's not a big shiny thing.

Trumpets don't blare every time you do it.

It's just the daily doing and the daily remembering.

Yeah.

It's not, it doesn't have to be a big deal.

And I think the ones that stick and the ones that kind of slot nicely into your life don't necessarily

need to be that that kind of big trumpet-blairing deal so it's been it's been really great
