which means the Treasury Department does a lot of borrowing to make up the difference.

Selling bonds is how the government does that, and they are going to have to do a lot of it selling

of bonds over the next year and how do you suppose that is going to go and I ask

because recently it hasn't been going all that great.

investors were not impressed.

Demand is not as robust as it was before.
