my co meditations. I don't I'm always like I don't know if I have room in my schedule to be going down and helping out with these retreats and then I come down here and I'm like, oh man, well, I better make time.

And I don't know, I think I'm going to keep now that I'm here I'm like I got to do this more often that's the way I always feel when I'm here

creatures on all of planet Earth. I would say my spirit animal, though I'm kind of trying to be less sloth-like

and doing more work than I need to by releasing a bonus episode.
