So there's a cash for subway trash, some kind of a deal.

GMTA's largest union, they're encouraging people who ride the subway to photograph their gross commute with a $500 prize for the one who finds the city's filthiest subway car.

The Trash Train contest launched this week by the Transport Workers Union Local 10 aims to increase.

Well, no, it doesn't, which claims the increase in dirty cars as a result of cleaning crews getting axed by the MTA.

I would think that there's a definite connection there, wouldn't you?
