Summary
Maybe you've just woken up or maybe you're winding down for bed: either way, there's no avoiding the importance of sleep. For the Movers and Shakers it's doubly important. Whether it's parasomnia or sleep apnea, Parkinson's create a range of new challenges to deal with in the slumbering realm. In this episode, they're joined by a leading sleep expert to ask the unfiltered questions about how to get a restful night, deal with such things as dreams are made on, and round it all out with a sleep.
