Hey, welcome to sleep with me. The podcast that's here to keep you company, help you relax,

take your mind off of stuff so you could fall asleep.

One rambling, circuitous, meander-filled bedtime story at a time.

I want you to imagine a place where bedtime stories aren't just for kids,

where a friendly voice with creaky dulcet tones

helps you unwind, let your mind drift off, you know, whether it's thoughts about the past,

present, the future, feelings, physical sensations, whatever's keeping you awake. What if there's a friendly

voice in the deep dark night you could call?

Who would tell you a story? It would take a while for them to get started. It would be a story

you could kind of listen to, almost like this podcast trailer, while you wind down. And then

you're listening to story and all of a sudden you wake up the next day,

say, I'm not even sure what that friend of mine was talking about.

But it certainly helped me fall asleep.

It's very different. It takes some getting used to.

But we're doing this podcast for quite some time now.

because I've struggled to sleep my whole life and I spent a lot of money on stuff and went

to you know it tested out a lot of things and so knowing this podcast could help you or helps
