Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of Sleep and Relax, A.S. and and more. This episode, well the title made it pretty clear what we're doing but I guess I'll just

say it to say it. I generated a few random phrases and sentences here and I'm going to read them back to back to back to back

for I don't know maybe 25 minutes 30 minutes or so and of course the idea is for you to

kind of get a little disoriented,

disinterested, disengaged at a certain point.

And then for you, of course, you doze off, fall asleep,

relieve your mind of all of its stress.

Whatever you need, that's what I'm hoping to provide with this episode.

So, with that in mind I have my trusty notes in front of me and I'm just going to jump right into it.

What you realize is that everyone has her own priorities, her own constituency.
