about a topic that I think is specifically important, and I've touched on it over the last week

and a half. I'm going to go more into detail here, and we're talking about sleep and stress.

Now, we have a podcast where I ran over sleep and just the basics a long time ago per a lot of the requests that you guys had.

And I was just thinking about it to myself as I woke up this morning, probably about 3.30, give or take.

And then I just, you know, try to lay there and relax and actually enjoy not having to sprint, you know, and get up and start my day.

And I actually fell back asleep for a little bit, which was nice for me and definitely

out of the normal routine of waking up at 350 every single day, which I've done for basically
