I am going to read an open source book, one that is not particularly interesting, but one that is

hopefully boring enough to get you to sleep.

Tonight's readings come from The House of Quiet, published in 1907 and written by Arthur Christopher Benson,

this is an autobiography of young Arthur's life in a wealthy family.

And with a title such as The House of Quiet,

I'm extremely hopeful that it will help you get to sleep.

My name is Teddy, and I aim to help people everywhere get a good night's rest so they can have a

I sit this evening towards the end of the year
