My name is Teddy and I'm going to read a story from an old book.

Not one that is particularly interesting,

but one that is hopefully boring enough to get you to sleep.

Tonight's readings will revisit a book that we read previously. However, based on recommendation to reread another part of the book from one of our listeners, Jess,

we'll be taking readings from Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte.

The book is published in 1897.

Chapter 2

I resisted all the way, a new thing for me, and a circumstance which greatly strengthened

the bad opinion, Bessie and Miss Abbott, were disposed to entertain of me.
