Summary

Tonight’s reading comes from The Hollow Earth, by F. T. Ives. Published at 1904, it looks at the theories about what was beneath the Earth’s surface. These theories were formed in the early 20thcentury, and a lot has been learned since then from science. Just a note for you listerests, the opening chapter uses the term, Crank, which I found confusing. The definition of a crank, is än eccentric person, especially one who is obsessed by a particular subject.

My name is Teddy and I aim to help people everywhere get a good night’s rest. Sleep is so important and my mission is to help you get the rest you need. The podcast is designed to play in the background while you slowly fall asleep.

Thank you to everyone who shared their words of gratitude with me, during the week.

If you would like, you can also say hello at Boreyoutosleep.com where you can support the podcast. I’m also on Twitter and Instagram @BoreYouToSleep. You can also find me on Facebook by searching Bore you to Sleep Podcast.

In the meantime, lie back, relax and enjoy the readings. Sincerely. Teddy
