upgrade for your body and for your brain. It helps you function at your best. It'll help you boost your immune system. We've talked so much about this the past few weeks. It helps you regulate your hormones. It helps you clear out the toxins in your brain that build up during the day. This is a big deal. Who knew toxins fill up our brain during the day, but they

do. We'll talk about it. So when you are in deep sleep, your brain cells actually shrink. Okay?
