Tonight’s Sleep Meditation with Karissa is an invitation to spend some time in the ocean of being, letting the waves come and go. Meditation has taught Karissa that things come and go and come and go. Just like a wave. Emotions can act this way. You may feel totally fine one moment, and some time later, not so much. Meditating before sleep can help us both become aware of this impermanence and allow us to become relaxed by the “wave” instead of disturbed by it.
