There's no work involved, just the warm, fuzzy feeling of love and appreciation. And you can drift off to sleep at any time. Start by getting comfortable.

Enjoy the sense of security that comes with being wrapped up in your blankets.

And thank your bed for all of those wonderful feelings it provides.

Your body has worked hard all day, every day of your life.

to be treated with that bit of gentleness and respect.

So thank your body by making sure that it's nice and comfortable. Once you've found that position, let yourself sink down into the bed. Thank your bones and muscles for everything they've done today.

And as you do, allow them to relax. Thank your feet and legs for carrying you all throughout your day. Your back are keeping you upright and strong.

Your arms for allowing you to embrace a loved one. And thank your hands for feeding you and doing all of the little things that we so often take for granted. Now take time to consider how your neck and shoulders have held you up proudly supporting your head.
