Is drinking raw milk safe like RFK Jr. suggests? Can you reduce a glucose spike if you eat your food in, quote, unquote, the right order? I'm registered dietitian Abby Sharp. to know what's real and what's BS.

1:19.2

I don't know, 11 a.m. We got up, we were watching TV, I was having coffee and then it was like

1:24.3

Lego time and we literally, sorry, he literally built Legos all day. So when it's

1:57.5

If you put on a podcast and do a regular puzzle, apparently that's so good for your mind

2:04.1

because your mind is occupied by listening to the podcast and then your hands are occupied.

2:10.1

And Lego is the exact same thing. I find it so relaxing. And then people always find it interesting
