Yeah, thank you so much. So three to four months is such a sensitive age like Sarah said and we want to focus on your questions the struggles you're going through and mainly the four month regression that we all dread right because it catches us parents off guard.

this is honestly the perfect time to come up with using a schedule that works for your baby, your family, right?

In the newborn stage, if you listen to that podcast, I said, have a schedule right well right now let's get the

schedule going get some consistency going and a typical schedule for a three to four month old. They may be on three to four naps depending on where they are developmentally. Some may be okay with three naps, some may be okay with four naps. some may be okay with four naps, some may need five, you know, meet your baby where they are,

still keeping those awake windows in mind. So we want to focus on making sure your baby wakes up

consistently. Yeah, I can't talk this morning. Around the same time. So within 20 to 30 minutes of a typical wake up.

So for example, if your baby wakes up at around 730,

then try to stay within 7 to 8 a.m. as a normal wake-up time. So don't let them sleep past 8, even if they had a rough night. Okay? I know I get this a lot. I was like, oh, the baby was up for hours at night. I just let them sleep until 10. Well, then your routine and the day is going to be all over the place.
