Hello and welcome to the Slate Political Gab Fest. I'm John Dickerson here with Emily Bazelon

and David Plotz. We're in our home location. And Emily, you can explain about the slogan

because you just did a great job before we went on air.

Okay.

Last week, I said in discussing how we didn't have a slogan

that we couldn't even agree on a slogan.

This is actually a line of Johns.

But lots of people wrote in to say that that should be our slogan.

And so that is going to be our slogan. And so that is going

to be our slogan.

Who decided that?

You guys did decide

because I wasn't on email you decided that? It was Andy Bauer as a suggestion. And yes, if you're not going to read your gab fest because you're going to lose out. I mean, I realize this is just conforming to type, but I think it's really, really lame.

And I can't believe that you guys went along with it.

But that's my last word on the subject.
