For the week of March 2nd, I'm David Plotz, the editor of Slate.

I am here in Washington, and I'm not alone.

I'm so happy to be with John Dickerson, Slate's chief political correspondent and political

director for CBS News, back from the road, thank goodness, and even better, well, not even

better, but just as good, Emily Bazelon, Slate, senior, senior editor, a rare sighting of Bazelon here in Washington. And it is so great to have you here, Emily.

We're not going to be able to. First of all, we're having to wear clothes, which is a real downer.

We're going to talk about the presidential race on the Republican side coming out of Michigan and Arizona and going into Super Tuesday.

the retirement of Senator Olympia Snow. And the third topic will be the death of conservative

media tycoon slash firebrand slash professional jerk and rabble rouser Andrew Breitbart.
