This is funny, but no, no. No. You like to work. I love to work. What I would not like to do is have like Maxine Waters, like call me in every time she wants to like yell at somebody. So we are going to try and work out on this show who might conceivably want this job,

apart from Emily Peck, because it looks like she's not going to get offered it.

We are going to talk about the book business.

And with the Barnes & Noble, is there hope yet for that bookstore that you probably

don't think of too fondly?

We are going to start by talking about YouTube and what on earth they think they're doing in terms of content moderation.

We are going to have a Slate Plus segment about Chinese pork and all manner of amazingly insightful things about Warren Buffett and various other

overrated rich people, to quote Emily Peck. All that coming up on Slate Money. Emily, I wrote

about YouTube this week. What did I say? It was very short and to the point because it's axios.

It's smart brevity. Yes, it was very smart. Quite brief. Yes. So you were talking about, let's back up.

YouTube is the subject of a lot of controversy right now, to say the least, for a couple of reasons. First was this thing

with a journalist from Vox Media, Carlos Maza, who took to Twitter to complain that there was

a man on YouTube was basically harassing him. His name was Stephen Crowder. He has like four

million followers. And he put out a bunch of videos criticizing Maza in like, he was name calling him, essentially, like slurs about him being gay.
