I am the executive director of the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico.

And the job before that was...

Minister of Finance for Ukraine.

So that is quite an astonishing resume.

We will talk a little bit about how you managed to find yourself running the finances,

not only for Ukraine, but also for Puerto Rico.
