He's not going to be president for another five months, but he's the president-elect,

and there's lots of very interesting stuff to talk about that.

But first, Emily, as the in-house labor relations guru, you can tell us about

A-Smi, which is the other A acronym. But everyone's just saying Janus because they don't

know how to pronounce F-Smi, right? Well, I say Janus. Oh, you say Janice? I guess I'm a New York

Rube or something, but... No, you say that because everyone says Janus. Yeah, everyone's saying

Janus. Okay, Janus. It's Janus versus AFSmi. It went up before the Supreme Court. I guess

Janus won and AFSmi lost. Correct. Now, what is this case and why is it important?

This case is about public sector

unions. It's about a law that said everyone has to pay union fees if they're in a public sector
