i'm doing okay i'm i'm just um you know i have a routine of just getting up and not leaving my house now.

So it's a very, I don't know, it just becomes normal. It's very weird. It is weird.

I've actually had to give myself a real routine. Like, I'm not allowed to leave my bedroom until I make the bed.

That's really good. Yeah. Because there was a hot minute in the beginning of the Rona where, you know, we just didn't get out of bed. No. And I mean, I feel like I had many days where I didn't go see the sun at all. And then I'd be like, oh, I feel really depressed. And I was like, oh, I need to like step outside. Like, this is so basic.

But yeah.

Yeah.

That vitamin D is essential. Yes. Yes. Oh, my gosh. Do you live alone or do you live with anyone or? I actually, I have a roommate. Okay, wait. I don't know if I told this yet on this here thing. but right when
