you're just, your name's getting out there or more.

You're a young artist, you're a Texas guy, but if you have to kind of give people like

a little bit of a snippet of like your style of music and kind of, how would you describe

your kind of, I don't even know, you want to just, who is Slade?

Right.

Yeah, well, as far as our music goes, I feel like we just play stuff we'd like to hear.

It leans a little bit more towards the alternative side, I feel like there's definitely some

rock influences, still a lot of country influence in it.

But you know, we're kind of just trying to do our own thing.

I'm from a really small town originally, Jatin, Texas, about 500 people, and there's a lot

of influence from that in my music, I feel like, but yeah, I feel like we're kind of just

trying to, trying to create our own genre in a way, just kind of try to play what we like,

you know.

I love that about like Texas, there's West, you can speak to this as well, we've had like

co-wets on, and there's just like that, it's like, even he doesn't call himself country,

but he kind of like fits into there, but it's more like, there's like, I love that element

of like the Texas scene is like very, very unique to the artist, there's like no bullshit,

it's just very like, that's what you sound.

And these days especially, I feel like there's, sorry, I feel like there's a lot of people

these days in this scene that are leaning more towards the rock side, and there's a lot

of classic rock influence.
