One thing I guess he does having his favour is the pre-existing working relationship he has with Richard Hughes, obviously the man that took him to Bournemouth initially, and now the man is bringing him up to Liverpool as well.

So Richard Hughes will know how he ticks, he'll know how he operates, and clearly he's been now at Liverpool Football Club for a generally decent length of time, so he'll know the fit and he'll know that it makes sense.
