posted right after Tuesday night's debate.

But first up, Caitlin Clark. To understand how I've

reacted to Caitlin Clark's rise, you have to understand how I was raised and by whom.

I've mentioned this before and I've always appreciated all your responses to this story but now I'm going to go much much deeper

I was mostly raised by a black woman named Katie Bell Henderson.

She was born in Alabama.

She was raised in Chicago before she came to Oklahoma City.

Katie Bell worked for my grandmother Gladys in my hometown of Oklahoma

City. And now I'll stop for a second to say if you're black, maybe even if you're white, you might be thinking at this point, oh come on, this is classic

plantation mentality, the old black woman helping to bring up the rich white kid.

Wrong, wrong, so very, very wrong in my case.

My man Shannon Sharp once brought this up to me on air and I understood where he was going with it, but he did not understand what I went through.

My grandmother was not rich and trust me my immediate family definitely not rich

My grandmother traveled for her work. She needed Katie Bell to run her household.

My grandmother and grandfather lived in a three bedroom,

two and a half bath house.

It was two stories.
