Summary
We rely so much on other people to have sex but why not have sex with yourself? In fact you probably should have sex with yourself before having sex with someone else! We were so excited to sit down with Caroline D'Arcy who reminds us of the power women have between our legs. After a decade in the corporate world Caroline felt disconnected and numb. Drive, ambition, and a destructive relationship or two, had left her with walls so high she didn’t know who she was, or how to let anyone in. When enough became enough she followed her intuition, quit her job and qualified as a Sexological Bodyworker. As a self-confessed sex geek, she realized so much of what science is now ‘discovering’ is innate knowledge that all women had access to thousands of years ago. Caroline teaches the truth of women’s innate sexuality, our bodies, and our power. Through 1:1 and group journeys, she guides them into a deep remembrance of who they are.
