especially skin care products something I've actually been getting into lately as I

become an older man I've opened up to the idea of getting in my skin care. And so I'm really curious, what are you doing as far as in the garden

growing things for skin care purposes?

Well, first of all, the very basics of keeping your skin healthy don't necessarily need to pertain to creating products and whatnot.

I actually have the perspective that the less we do to our skin,

the better.

So less products, especially commercial products over the counter,

drinking lots of water and having a really healthy diet.

But saying that there are a lot of things that do come up.

We've got environmental factors. We have genetic factors like eczema. We also have time... we have

times that our skin is just drier or oilier

and so there are things that we can do to help

and also if we are out in the sun gardening, we can get things like

sunburn and wind exposure and there are plants that we can grow and then use to

help soothe those different issues.
