Hey there, folks, is the Eric Mattaxas show, hour two of today's show.

But we're continuing the conversation with Tyler O'Neill.

The new book is called Making Hate Pay, the Corruption of the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Tyler, I was saying to you that they are, they seem to be attacking people with whom they disagree, people with whom we agree as hate groups. And I said that the Southern Poverty Law Center is

itself a hate group. And you kind of pushed back against that term. And I think I agree with you,

actually, but go ahead on your reasoning for that. Yeah. So thanks for the question. There are a lot of

organizations that have sued the Southern Poverty Law Center for defamation. And the Southern

Poverty Law Center always comes out and says, hate group doesn't actually mean anything. It's

protected speech. It's an opinion.

And you can't claim that this is defamation because by a hate group, we're not saying anything concrete.
