One of the strangest notions to come out of the New Age spiritualism movement to the

past few decades is the idea that all diseases are caused by not being properly electrically

grounded to the Earth.

It's an idea that falls apart quickly once you start asking for the science details.

Well, apparently they're not too specific on that.

All they can explain is just enough to sell you whatever grounding gizmos are needed,

to make you magically disease-free.

of electrons between your body and the ground, is the true key to health.

As expected, opportunistic entrepreneurs have responded with a dizzying array of products

you can spend money on to help you and your pets stay electrically grounded.
