We can be forgiven if we roll our eyes or smile when somebody mentions that aliens left

an implant in their body, a small microchip or tracking device under the skin.

But when we look on the internet, there does seem to be a substantial, if not enormous,

body of evidence that this has happened, including photographs and X-rays.

So if these things are not alien implants, what are they?
