When we first hear about the so-called grey goo, it sounds like a pretty terrifying prospect.

Apparently if someone built microscopic nano machines that were programmed to build copies

of themselves and let them loose to do their thing, there's really only one possible outcome.

They would eventually consume the entire planet, converting all of us and everything we

know into a mass of grey goo.

Hmm, really?

Well, we're going to find out.
