tiny number of people with actual celiac disease.

But suddenly it became a pop culture fad, and now just about every other person has

self-diagnosed as gluten intolerant.

A condition that disappears once blinding and controls are applied.

So is it true that a brand new condition could have so thoroughly swept the populations

of wealthy countries only?

Or is it possible that this important protein is not really so evil as it's made out to
