On days when I'm feeling joyful or at peace, and on days when I'm feeling anxious or worried I can always rely on the

eating snacks at my desk all day and never getting lunch.

After you did that I went out and got an egg sandwich from Dunkin Donuts.

Wow!

And ate it at my desk.

And it was still a sad desk lunch.

But look I just think that the it would be fine if you took a break

But I do feel like you really need to be eating lunch every day. That's true. I had a great experience this morning on the train right in. I know we're still getting used to like coming into the office things, but I did I was on the train this morning and it was late and I was flustered and kind of you know cramming for an interview we had and

just spilled my coffee all over the seat in front of me.

And this woman just like stopped what she was doing,

reached, put her book down, reached deep into her bag and handed me a tissue.
