She apparently loves monsters and skepticism as much as we do, and I think that comes through

Deborah Hyde is a folklorist, Cultural Anthropologist and the editor-in-chief of the British

version of The Skeptic.

She is also a production manager and coordinator and has appeared in a number of movies, including

The Brothers Grimm and Dog House.

Deborah writes and lectures extensively about a number of paranormal subjects,

including vampires, werewolves, witches, and poltergeist.

We originally booked her to talk about poltergeist

and we will use some of her interview in an upcoming episode about the topic,

but her interests are so in keeping with the theme of this show that we basically ended up just

having a really fun discussion about all kinds of monsters.
